White Christmas Fudge
This fudge is so good and easy. It is a firm fudge that cuts nicely.

- 3 packages (12 oz size) white chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese (softened to room temp.)
- 1½ cups chopped nuts
Directions
- Lightly butter a 9X13 inch glass pan. In a microwave proof glass bowl, melt chips and margarine. Be careful not to scorch. Once smooth and melted, using an electric hand mixer, quickly mix in cream cheese. The chocolate will begin looking curdled, but keep mixing until it becomes creamy and smooth again. Quickly blend in the nuts. Spread into your prepared pan and cool in the refrigerator till it sets. This fudge is so good and easy. It is a firm fudge that cuts nicely.
- Variations: You can add crushed candy canes to make peppermint fudge, Heath candy chips, or any other flavor chips you like.
